Jon Christopher Davis has come full circle. After years of writing songs in Nashville for publishers, Warner Chappell and BMG, Jon returned home to the Lone Star State to make music his way. While in Nashville, the Texas-born singer-songwriter penned over twenty cuts for artists like Dolly Parton, Hal Ketchum, Tammy Cochran, Sherrie Austin, Billy Ray Cyrus and Timothy B. Schmit of the Eagles.
Through all of this, he became friends as well as collaborators with some of the biggest names in the business. Look at Jon's body of work over the last ten years and you'll find names beside his like Rodney Crowell, Radney Foster, Steve Lukather from Toto, Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and founding member of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Stan Lynch, Charlotte Caffey from The Go Go's as well as hit producers Dann Huff (Faith Hill, Lonestar, Keith Urban) and David Z. (Prince, Jonny Lang). Not bad for a small town boy from Bonham who married his high school sweetheart.
